Our overriding objective is to provide high quality audit, accounting, tax and managment consulting services to our clients in the best professional manner. To that end, we recruit, train and keep top-notch professionals.
We provide on-the-job and off-site training and develop our staff to become experienced certified public accountants. We provide for all required continuing education to meet the requirements of the AICPA.
Starting salaries are determined individually, with education achievements, business experience and other pertinent factors being considered. The first performance review is conducted after six months of employment and annual performance and compensation reviews are conducted in January of each year.
Some of the fringe benefits we provide are: health insurance, group life insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, 401(k) plan, payment of professional society fees and dues, and paid overtime. We have a dress appropriate policy that is business casual.
Our entry-level positions offer broad responsibilities and unlimited growth potential. Preference is given to graduating seniors qualified to take the next CPA exam.
We seek graduates with strong communication skills, a successful educational background and a dedication to the profession of public accounting. We recruit at several northeastern universities.
