Larry F. Stokes, CPA
President
Managing Director

Graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in accounting, Mr. Stokes founded the firm in 1980, and has spent over 38 years in public accounting. Mr. Stokes is responsible for the overall managment of the firm. His experience includes trade and professional societies, labor unions, charitable organizations, pension funds, a variety of 501(c) organizations, government contractors, retail, manufacturing, and closely held businesses. Mr. Stokes has been the concurring review and quality control partner on over 900 audits of not-for-profit organizations and government contractors, and is responsible for the professional quality of our services. He has written numerous articles on accounting and tax issues, is active in the community, and has served on the boards of many community organizations and is a member of the Baltimore/Washington Venture Group. Professional memberships include the AICPA, Greater Washington Society of CPA's, Maryland Society of Accountants, Maryland Association of CPA's, the ASAE, as well as patron membership in the Washington Association Financial Management Roundtable.
