Matthew F. Penniman, CPA
Vice President

Graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in accounting, Mr. Penniman has over 33 years of public accounting experience. He is responsible for the firm's government contracts practice and has conducted or supervised over 650 audits, principally of not-for-profit organzations. He has also been one of the concurring review partners on our not-for-profit audits. Approximately fifty percent of Mr. Penniman's client responsibility is with not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Penniman has written articles on accounting and tax issues and has been a speaker at trade shows. He is also responsible for monitoring the in-house continuing professional education program for the firm. He is active in his community and has served as treasurer of community not-for-profit organizations. Professional memberships include the American Institute and Maryland Association of Certifiied Public Accountants.
