Public oversight has significantly increased the audit and accounting responsibilities of not-for-profit organizations. Recipients of federal awards are subject to the stringent audit standards of Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133, which effectively extends the requirements of the Single Audit Act to not-for-profit organizations.

Pre-Audit Reviews
